Stoak Renovations, LLC is a local home improvement business in Hunterdon Country, NJ. The company was founded based on the owner’s passion for working with tile and wood. Since opening, Stoak Renovations has engaged with numerous clients, delivering top-quality design and renovations. At Stoak Renovations, we strive to put our customer’s first and aim to make the tasks surrounding a home improvement project as easy as possible for our clients. As our company expands, Stoak Renovations is seeking a full -time Home Improvement Contractor to assist on larger projects and to independently lead one-man projects. The contractor will be involved with all phases of a home improvement project. Candidate will receive training on company procedures.

Education requirements: High school diploma. Trade courses and certifications preferred but not required.

Other requirements: 18+ years of age, valid driver’s license

Experience: 1+ years

Key Skills: reliable, strong communication skills, motivated, detail oriented, problem solving skills, ability to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds), dexterity, high level of customer service, ability to multi-task, ability to work successfully in team settings, ability to operate tools and machinery

Salary: Competitive, to be negotiated based on applicant’s level of experience

Responsibilities*: Include, but not limited to

- Perform carpentry work
- Install and repair drywall
- Install flooring
- Install tile
- Painting and staining
- Various home repairs
- Perform finish work
- Set-up and clean-up job sites
- Material gathering and delivery
